We stayed in one of their cabins this past weekend and it was perfect. Plenty of room for 4 adults and perfect for our weekend plans. There was live music at night and it was only a few minutes down the road to renfest. The cabin was very clean. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to go to renfest and wants a convenient place to stay without having to drive home after.
We absolutely love it and the owners are wonderful! Very clean and kept up with! If you’re looking for a great rv park near Magnolia, you should definitely take a tour of this one! Very kid and family friendly! Lots of fun things to do on site as well for the kiddos!
We arrived here mid December to be close to grandkids for the holidays. It is very new and clean. They have lots of plans for the future at this park which includes a swimming pool and, I am excited for the coffee and ice cream shop.. My grandkids love the playground. Living the RV life, having this Tavern connected is awesome, The food is fantastic. Since we have been here, they had Bingo on Thursday nights, live music on Friday or Saturday nights. The music has been really good. There is so much talent out there. They have a pet area and pet stations everywhere. The people that run this place have been friendly and helpful. For those that are worried about trees scratching your RV, it is wide open easy in and out. There are trees on the outside of park that you can choose to park. Super happy to have found this spot we will be back when we visit our daughter and her family.

This is not just your ordinary RV park! They have so much awesome stuff to offer and only 1 mile away from the Texas RenFest! Family friendly, dog friendly, and such a sweet staff.

This place is beautiful! I got to tour the cabins & I they are so nice inside. The views are great. We hung out on the back porch of the bar & grill and watched the kids play on the playground while watching the games on the tv. It was nice getting to relax & not worry about entertaining the kids. They never stopped playing! I can’t wait to rent out a cabin!
